Larry Prescott, age 62 of Morton passed away Friday, October 2, 2009 at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at St. Cornelia’s Episcopal Church on the Lower Sioux Community.

Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday in the church hall with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue until the time of services on Wednesday. Larry Harold Prescott was born May 12, 1947 to Gilbert and Barbara (Bevins) Prescott in Redwood Falls, Minnesota. Larry was united in marriage to Debbie Nelson.

Larry is survived by his children: Roberta Pendleton of Morton, Mia Prescott of Morton; grandchildren: Courtney and Nate Prescott of Morton; mother Barb Prescott of St. Paul; siblings: Linda Dotson of Minneapolis, Pam Prescott of St. Paul, June Clark of St. Paul; aunts: Marcella Leith of St. Paul, Mary Bell of White Bear Lake, Diane of St. Paul; and a host of nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Gilbert; wife Debbie; siblings: Beatrice Prescott, Becky Prescott, Marty Prescott; and Connie Mems.
