Loretta S. Miller

Loretta S. Miller, age 87, formerly of Seaforth, passed away suddenly on Monday, December 8, 2008 at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, Minnesota.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Seaforth.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church. Interment is in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. The Redwood Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Loretta had retired from Honeywell after twenty plus years and kept active with family and friends. Loretta enjoyed bowling, playing Bingo and was an avid gambler. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.

Loretta is survived by her husband Jack P. Miller of 69 years; children: William (Rita), Jerry (Jacki), Jackie (Gary) Knutson, Tom, and Doug (Wendy); 17 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren; siblings: Florence Szczesniak, Lucille Tercheria, Joanne (Wilbur) Frank, Bean (Norrie) Bernardy, Henry “Hank” Bernardy, David (Rita) Bernardy and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; 8 siblings; and several brother and sister-in-laws.
