Visitation will be Tuesday, July 8 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Redwood Valley Funeral Home in Redwood Falls and will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Redwood Falls.

Mark Adam, age 52 of Belview passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, July 5, 2008. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Redwood Falls. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Redwood Valley Funeral Home in Redwood Falls and will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday. Interment will be on Thursday, July 10 at 3 p.m. at St. Clotilde Catholic Cemetery in Green Valley. The Redwood Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mark Adam was born October 3, 1955 in Marshall, Minnesota to Maurice and Margaret Adam of Cottonwood, MN. Mark was baptized in Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Marshall, MN. He made his first Holy Communion and was confirmed at St. Isador Catholic Church in Clarkfield, MN. Mark attended grade school in Hazel Run, MN and graduated from Clarkfield High School. Mark also attended Vocational School for auto body. In Mark’s humor he said he quit because they didn’t teach him anything he didn’t already know. Most of Mark’s employment was as a truck driver. His most recent employment was working with Zimmerman Maintenance of Belview. On February 16, 1979 he married Pamela Donner of Clarkfield, MN. After marriage, the couple moved to Corpus Christi, Texas where they spent three years. Then they moved back to Belview, MN where they resided for 25 years. Three children were born to this marriage; Christopher of Clear Lake, SD, Alyssa of Osseo, MN and Andrea. Mark had many special friends that he enjoyed spending time visiting with. Many memories were made.

Mark was preceded in death by his father, Maurice Adam. He is survived by his wife, Pamela and their 3 children; Christopher, Alyssa, and Andrea; mother Margaret Adam of Marshall; sisters: Mary (Darrell) Sunvold of Spicer, Jeannie (Marvin) Louwagie of Cottonwood, Marlene Adam of Denver, CO, and one brother Steven (Debbie) Adam of Owatonna; brother-in-laws Steven (Debbie) Donner of Rochester, Scott Donner of Gary, SD, Paul (Beck) Donner of Lakeville; sister-in-laws Debra (Robert) Roen of Reno, NV, Lorrie (David) Viessman of Gary, SD, and Kim (Randy) Haycraft of Fairmont; father- and mother-in-law Ronald and Karen Donner of Clarkfield; and many nieces and nephews.
